As an administrator, it is crucial to have visibility into the status of the last background job responsible for checking the file integrity of uploaded research data. Currently, this information is not readily available in the new backend (settings overview). The proposal is to implement a feature that allows administrators to view the timestamp of the last successful run of the file integrity check job, similar to the Nextcloud admin settings overview.

Proposed Changes:

  • Integrate a section in the admin settings overview to display the timestamp of the last successful execution of the file integrity check job.
  • Provide a visual indicator or status message to quickly convey the success or failure of the most recent background job.
  • Ensure that the information is easily accessible and user-friendly within the existing admin settings interface

Additional Information:

  • The file integrity check job is critical for maintaining data integrity in the research data uploads.
  • This feature will empower administrators to monitor the health of the system and respond promptly to any issues.

Current Behavior:
Administrators lack visibility into the status of the last file integrity check job in the admin settings overview. It's only implemented in the old backend.

Expected Behavior:
The admin settings overview should include a dedicated section displaying the timestamp of the last successful run of the file integrity check job, providing crucial information at a glance.
