(Submitter): Receiving rejection message from reviewer when submission rejected #16

(Test executed in my local instance)

Currently, the submitter doesn't receive anywhere (?) the rejection message from the reviewer when her submission is rejected.

Proposed Changes:

The submitter visualize the rejection status with the reviewer's message in its view /submitter/dataset.

Additional Information:

This improvement should not be considered of high importance.

Current Behavior:

When the reviewer rejects a submission is asked for a rejection message.
The rejection message provided is never displayed to the submitter.

Expected Behavior:

The submitter can visualize the rejection message provided by the reviewer in the "All my datasets" section, so that she can correct the problems accordingly.
